The Palace of Seteais, elegant pink palace, now a luxury hotel and restaurant of the Hotel Tivoli Society, was built in the 18th century for the Dutch consul, Daniel Gildemeester, on a portion of land ceded by the Marquis of Pombal.
Of neoclassical architecture, it is inserted in the set of palaces reformed by the bourgeoisie. It stands out the entrance, with triangular pediments, guillotine windows and a staircase of two arms that develops towards the interior in the direction of the secondary facade. One can also verify the adaptation of the palace to the irregularity of the land, which has a framework with the Pena Palace.
