The Reiserhof is located 1 km from the centre of Zell am Ziller and 800 metres from the Zillertal Arena Ski Area and the Arena Coaster toboggan. Free WiFi access and free private parking as well as a garage for motorbikes and bicycles are available. A fitness room is available at a surcharge.

The traditionally furnished rooms feature a balcony overlooking the Zillertal Alps, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a bathroom with shower.

A children's playground, a trampoline and a tepee are available in the garden. From June until September, a swimming pond is provided for guests' refreshment. A ski storage room can be used in winter.
