Set in the Zillertal Valley in an elevated position, Landhaus Höllwarth offers spacious and modern, Alpine-style apartments with panoramic mountain views from the furnished terrace. The Zillertal Arena Ski Area is a 5-minute drive away.
Landhaus Höllwarth’s apartments are decorated with rustic furnishings and all have a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. The living area contains sofas and satellite TV. Freshly baked bread rolls are available on request.
The Zillertal Arena can also be reached with the ski bus that stops 50 metres away. The journey takes 10 minutes. Ski storage and boot drying facilities are on site and cross-country skiing is possible in Zell am Zeller.
The garden is a great place to relax and is equipped with barbecue facilities, deck chairs and a swing for children.
The centre of Zell am Ziller is 3 km from the property. Restaurants and shops can be found along the way. Free parking is provided. The Hintertuxer Glacier provides opportunities all year and is 40 minutes by car.
