This recently built and very comfortable detached house (180 m2) with garage is located at the outskirts of the atmospheric book village Redu. in the south of the Ardennes. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden (920 m2) that is well cared for and contains amongst others many different types of (botanical) roses. Because of this. the garden is not suited for sports or (ball)games nor does it contain any playground instruments for the children. The garden is for the larger part surrounded by a fence. by which the garden situated at the back of the house can be completely locked from the front part of the garden. Should the weather prevent you from going out. you will find ample board games such as Scrabble and Ludo to keep you entertained. as well as cable television and approximately 50 DVDs.
