The Arndt was built in 2010 and offers self-catering accommodation, 300 metres from Fulpmes Train Station. The free ski bus stops just 100 metres from the house, and takes just 10 minute to reach the Schlick 2000 Ski Resort. Amenities include a dishwasher and free Wi-Fi.

The Arndt Ferienwohnung is equipped with a flat-screen satellite TV. It also features a panoramic terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue corner, and a playground.

Freshly baked bread rolls are delivered on request. Guests can stock up on necessities in the town centre, 200 metres away.

On-site parking is provided free of charge. Popular summertime activities include mountain biking in the scenic surroundings, or rope climbing in the centre of Fulpmes. An outdoor swimming pool is found in Mieders, 4 km from the house. The impressive Stubai Glacier lies 25 km away.
